When they don't follow the laws agreed upon in the past, what make a person believe thay will follow a new law. 

That's like thinking a bad person will give up there guns if ask.   

I favor throwing them all back and confiscating all their property to pay for it and a moritorium on immigration for ten years except for certain skills, certifications or monied applicants.

Militarize the border and the hell with it.

But that isn't going to happen.
