No. He is accusing her of violating Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a)
But it wasn't murder, so Beau thinks it's alright. ::)

I would rather people believe I am a "hick" from Arkansas than admit I was born and raised in a state that produced these people. :o :o :o
I pray, not wish because I have a God not a Genie.

Well that explains it all, he sees no problem with gov stealing the fruits of ones labor, only to take a cut for themselves, and give the rest to the undeserving.

Now you're 0 for 2.  The worse you could accuse her of is soliciting votes too near a polling place,
and even that would never stick. She was answering questions, taking pictures and discussing
politics
with voters who approached her while she was voting early.  To not do so would have
been rude.  She made no effort to engage anyone for the purposes of soliciting or influencing
their votes.  She was not asked to cease nor to desist, she was not asked to leave nor was she
forcibly removed from the premises.  Once she left, she did not attempt to return.  Nor did she
loiter or try to influence the votes of anyone else.  Why then are we discussing this?

I think the thread's title says it all.

You just debunked yourself..

Telling someone how to vote, as the first lady, can be perceived as intimidation, especially if that person doesn't agree with her, that is known as intimidation!
"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said.

According to a pool reporter from the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES at the scene, the conversation took place IN the voting center not far from the booths.

Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place, within 100 feet of any polling place."

What part of breaking the law, do you not understand?

Overheard at a local polling place on primary day:

M: Hello, Fred.  Good to see you here.

F: Hello, Marge.  Good to see you too, especially doing your civic duty.

M: Yeah, we all have to do what we can to keep the country on the right track.

F: Exactly.  We've all learned what can happen when people don't stay involved.
By the way, is that your cousin Bill on the ticket running for City Council in Peoria?

M: Oh you heard about that?  Yes, he is running.  He's a good man.
I was glad to see that he finally quit just complaining and decided to run for something.

F: Think he has any chance?

M: (laughing)  He does if I have anything to say about it!

F: (laughing)  Well then, if you see him, tell him that I wish him luck.
Nice to see you again, Marge.

M: You too, Fred.  Take care!

Quick!  Somebody call the cops!  Or better yet, The Drudge Report!

What she actually said...

"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going,"

She was in the polling place telling someone who to vote for.

The sad thing is he is deliberately ignoring what was actually said so he can defend his messiah...

I wonder how he would feel about Laura Bush telling him we need to keep Bush's tax cuts alive, in a polling place, with Secret Service officers watching his every move.
He can't tell me he wouldn't feel intimidated.
