No way.  They already have Franken.  One clown in the Senate is enough.

The Senate has more than one clown despite Franken.

The problem is, not all of them wear slap shoes, baggy pants, an orange fright wig, and a red bulbous nose.

I dunno, that sounds a bit like Pelosi's wardrobe.

Ah, MN Democrats.  Seriously, the Dems could put Fozzi Bear on the ballot, and MN would still elect him...oh wait, they already did elect a muppet.  Amy Klobishar.

In the 1800s, senators were so openly for sale that nicknames stuck, such "The Senator from Standard Oil."

Geraldo's would be "The Senator from Capone's Vault."

Rivera was raised Jewish (mother) father (Puerto Rican) and had a Bar Mitzvah.
He has politically "NEVER" been  a Republican.

There were times I considered him anti-American. My Iraqi (Assyrian) girlfriend thinks the same thing and hates him.
Rivera is in my opinion a piece of woodland "SCAT" (scat is animal dung or excrement)

In 2001 he claimed to be at the scene of a friendly fire event, but was 300 miles away.
In 2003 on live TV he reported on an operation in progress (not yet completed) and drew a map in the sand & received criticism from the Military command. He was sent to Kuwait.
He is closer to a cockroach, a piece of scat and a mulch slug all in one!

In 2007 Geraldo was involved in a dispute with fellow Fox colleague Michelle Malkin. Malkin announced that she would not return to The O'Reilly Factor, claiming that Fox News had mishandled a dispute over derogatory statements made about her by Geraldo in a Boston Globe interview. Rivera, while objecting to her views on immigration, says, "Michelle Malkin is the most vile, hateful commentator I've ever met in my life. She actually believes that neighbors should start snitching out neighbors, and we should be deporting people." He added, "It's good she's in D.C., and I'm in New York. I'd spit on her if I saw her." Rivera later apologized for his comments

Rivera has been married five times and has fathered five children:

So what you're saying is, he's always been a politician?
Yeah, I've never had any use for the "ego" dressed in Jerry Rivera clothing, he's in it for the power and money, just like 90% of the scum that washed ashore in DC.

I've never liked Geraldo, nor do I have a lot of affection for Bette Midler; but when Geraldo wrote his dirty little tell all book about the women he had slept with, including Midler, it pretty much cemented my impression of him as a slimebag POS.

Then, he'll fit right in with the majority of the senate.

Yeah. He's just got to be a good democrat, and learn to keep his mouth shut about his sexual escapades.

LOL, that and do you remember that show of his where he was gonna' make some world changing discovery, and never did?  He would keep you waiting for the duration of the show with statements like, we're just about ready to......or, it's almost time to open or reveal.......or some other stall tactic and finally at the end of the time alloted for his program he would just say words to the effect of better luck next time.   Such an idiot but then he'll most certainly fit the description of a senate scammer]

I'm probably wrong, but I thought he was running on the Pub ticket?
Not that it matters, he's still a lib either way.

QuoteThere should be normalization of relations with Cuba and Venezuela. How can we be best friends with Germany, Japan and Vietnam and still be at war with Castro and Chavez? Competition, not embargoes.

I bet this sits well with all the Cuban ex refugees from the Castro Regime... If he got support from the GOP then the GOP is truly lost and deserves to disintegrate.

He is running as a republican. I thought so too, but wasn't positive. I just checked, and he is.

Some people that call themselves republicans aren't even worth checking out. Much like Bloomberg. They just dilute the party and pull it to the left.

Saddest part is he may win. The Senate is noting more then a three ring circus anyway!

Yes, and the participant Representatives are the excrement left in the aftermath of the freak show that is the DC Circus.
