I wish we had a "States" room where we can post things that pertains only to the States.

Anyway....anyone from the 6th district of Georgia keep an eye on this woman named Marjorie Greene. We need the 6th District to take back that seat from the democrats and Marjorie Greene is the woman that can do it.

GEORGIA: America First Candidate Marjorie Greene Announces Fundraising Haul

In her first month of campaigning for Georgia's 6th Congressional District, Marjorie Greene raised $523,000 according to a release from her campaign with over $500,000 cash on hand.

Greene's campaign is mostly self-funded thanks to her efforts as a succesful businesswoman, thus shielding her from being bought off by special interest groups.

In a press release, Greene's campaign stated that "Marjorie's Democrat opponent, Lucy McBath doesn't want the voters in the 6th CD to know she votes with socialists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar nearly 100% of the time. They are tax-hiking, job-killing, economy-wrecking radicals. Marjorie is the strongest conservative in the race and the only candidate who can defeat McBath next November."

According to her campaign, "Lucy McBath is "very worried" about Marjorie Greene because Marjorie is the "real deal" as McBath's campaign stated in an email to supporters."

People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

Is the 6th and ATL suburb? Where?

It's just North of Atlanta....Roswell, Johns Creek, Tucker, Alpharetta, Milton, Mountain Park, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Doraville and Dunwoody.

The 6th use to be Newt Gingrich and Tom Price. Price went with to the Trump Admin. and Karen handle took it over for two years and then was beat out by a liberal democrat Lucy McBath who holds the seat today.

That is quite a diverse demographic district today. From the upper middle class areas in the northern part to multi cultural areas of Doraville, Sandy Springs, etc;.

Yes it is......liberal democrat Lucy McBath ran an excellent first time campaign hiding her liberal agenda. She ran as a Blue Dog/Rino candidate. Not this time...she fooled a lot off people. Her voting record mirrors that of AOC but her actions are that of a church mice.

That's a good idea.  After I do the forum upgrade I'll add a "States" board.

For now, we need to change "2018 Tea Party Candidate Vetting" to 2019.

A typical "moderate" democrat.

I still don't know how she won.  Something is fishy with that election.  I was a constituent in GA's 6th (I've lived all over the burbs).

I would think apathy among conservatives and there are many transplants in the area that consider it cool to be "moderate".

Good Luck to her, but don't hold your breath. Democratic turnout is higher in presidential elections than off-year elections. Also Georgia's demographics are changing due to growth in greater Atlanta.

That's certainly accounts for some, but it's a deep-red district... I am 100% certain there was fraud.  To put another way, there's zero chance an anti-gun socialist wins.  To use a comparison, it would be like Jim Jordan winning Nancy Pelosi's district.  Something is really fishy.

In a normal election that would be the case, but  think back to the Dim candidates over the decades, then look at the 2020 Dim field.
Despite the rumor of a Mike Obozo run, there isn't a draw on the ticket, they all despise the US, they all want open borders and for us to give illegals free health care.
The Dims do not have a winning message, the party is stuck in the swamp and that car ain't moving anywhere.
