It won't load but is it from Willy Wonka?
Try again, but yes, it's from WW.
He screams "You Lose, You Get Nothing, Good Day Sir!!!"

In other words, the libs may think they've won, but in reality, they lost and will get nothing.

I liked every movie he was in.

The libs "won" until they run out of their unemployed neighbor's money.
Wilder has this look about that says "at any minute I might go off" Too bad he never played a psychopath.

All the liberals got was a assurances that they will be kept in the poor house for another few years.

Nice, but I'm pretty sure Mr Silberman (Gene Wilder birth name was Jerome Silberman) voted for Obama...

Just sayin...

You Lose

Eh, they'll get more than the alternative had to offer them, but that's not saying much. And, based on the last elections promises provided by Obama, he'll at least follow through on some of the things he's said.
Im guessing more gay equality,  a pull out of Afghanistan, and pre-existing condition coverage supplied by a crap mandate. But all in all it would've probably been the same under Romney, shy the bits of equality for some, and the cultish  religious beliefs of course.
"According to Gallup, 68 percent of Americans want corporations to have less influence in America."

You might be right about some of that but you left out a big big albatross
around our collective necks.

That being TAXES, and SPENDING...Obamao and his crew want to raise taxes which WILL effect every American negatively, keep borrowing from China and keep spending which will hammer the dollar even more....there goes business there goes any real "recovery" there goes investor confidence.

What you are looking at unless he changes his tune, grows a brain moves a bit toward center is mediocrity and recurring recession for another four years until it implodes.
Evil operates best when it is disguised for what it truly is.

Exactly Billy!
Only a fool would think that taking a country as heavily indebted as is ours, into socialism as a means of repair is either a complete idiot devoid in understanding human nature, or has plans of destroying Capitalism.

It's akin to being on the verge of bankruptcy and trying to spend your way out of debt, it simply makes no sense, that is, unless you plan on defaulting on all loans.
Then one has to ask, what do we do about our debt to other countries that want to be paid, how do we repay these loans?
Do we give them land, Military assets, technological secrets?

Were in for a Hell of a lousy ride no matter the outcome.

I dont think he will tax the rich anymore than already taxed. I'd bet when one loophole closes another one opens and the middle class will still be the ones to carry the heavy load in comparison.

I do, however, believe that the VERY rich, can and should pay a little bit more. If the middle class can live strapped for cash to provide for this nation than the big guys can give out a bit more, it will not make them live any less lavish than they already are.

Sucks though, I really dont like arguing on behalf of taxes, Im aware that our money rarely ever goes to places it really should. IMO, our government sucks, our big money holders that control most of our government suck, and Im pretty much disgusted with it all.

Can one of you fiscal conservatives tell me a time in the past 100 years, when the country was prospering and taxes were low, or lower than today?

I see that you have never seen a legitimate tax chart on whom pays how much.

Interesting you picked the last 100 years seeing as the 16th Amendment was ratified in Feb of 1913.

The country is much older that 100 years. We seemed to be doing okay from 1620 all the way up to 1913 without any income tax at all!
