Is this Impeachment Investigation prior to a Impeachment Activity to be followed up by and Impeachment Festival? We have no votes from even a committee. No one to provide a cause. Nobody but Pelosi to take the blame who will say it was not her. It was her party asking for it will be her claim. She just took one for the team.

They did that years ago. That's why there are where they are now.

I have not gotten into the laws myself and do not plan to. But I watched a Bush era Justice Dept head state that there is no whistle-blower. The whistle-blower law only applies to an employee(s) of a dept giving evidence against the dept that employees them.
A HUD employee can not use a whistle-blower law as protection against something that happened in Homeland Security.
A Intelligence employee cannot be a whistle blower against the President who is not a Intelligence employee.

It is a leak and unprotected by any law if that is factual.
