I am a little surprised we have not discussed this situation sooner. The Freedom Caucus called GOPe's hand in voting against the farm bill last week. They held out for action on immigration. GOPe said they would have a vote later. The FC said we don't believe you and now GOPe has to take another look. This is a small example of how TEA is flexing its influence.

I can see the strategy in wanting an immigration vote because immigration is one of the top issues for voters, so it wld give voters a better idea of who is actually conservative and who is a rino.
As for the farm bill, being from nebraska i can tell u most farmers are at least middle class and dont need subsidies, so i think it is a waste of money. However i have learned that for some inexplicable reason Food stamps are attached to this. Now i have experianced first had how these are not only frequently abused and easily obtained, but can actually encourage poverty and drug use. They need to be reigned in big time and the first step needs to be drug testing for welfare. So i am disappointed that the so called farm bill didnt get a vote...

It will get a vote, but the RINO's will not get a pass on immigration and that is good.
