Freaked Out Americans Desperately Seek to Escape the News
« on: June 29, 2018, 06:33:36 PM »
Now ask yourself. Does the news today freak you out? Of course not, because it's all good news because Trump is killing it!
But put yourself in a libs place and take another look, "The God Damn Sky I Falling"!!!
Well, with that in mind, look at this, and read between the lines. Yep, they're talking exclusively about lib Dims.

"70 percent of all Americans feel a sense of “news fatigue,” So, 70% eh?

Freaked Out Americans Desperately Seek to Escape the News

(Bloomberg) -- Last week, Jen Wrenn, a children’s literacy advocate in San Diego, attended her first political protest after reading about the Trump administration policy of separating small children from their immigrant parents at the border.

She had heard ProPublica’s audio of a little girl crying in the border camp and decided to do something about it.  She shouted. She marched. And afterwards, she decompressed by watching the Mr. Rogers documentary, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”

“As soon as I hear the theme song, my blood pressure goes down,” Wrenn said. “I think that kind of calm is what we all crave mentally right now.”

The film about Fred Rogers, the beloved figure of American childhood, has made $4.9 million at the box office since it opened on June 8—more than 20 times the typical haul for a documentary. In interviews, director Morgan Neville paints the documentary’s success as indicative of our times. “We’re in this period in our culture where I feel like nobody wants to be an adult anymore,” Neville recently told Deadline. “A character like Fred takes us back to how we should treat each other.”

Last fall, the American Psychological Association found that almost two-thirds of Americans listed “the state of the nation” as their primary source of stress, above both money and work. More than half  believed that America was at its lowest point in history. Almost 70 percent of all Americans feel a sense of “news fatigue,” according to the Pew Research Center. The nation’s emotional exhaustion even makes an appearance in a recent Enterprise Rental Car survey: When the company surveyed more than 1,100 Americans about their summer travel plans, the top three reasons given for traveling were stress, the news and the political climate.

“Just this morning I had a guy come in who is so distracted by the news that he can’t get his work done,” said Jonathan Alpert, a New York psychologist. “The levels of anxiety and stress I’m seeing are profound.”

When daily news, does nothing but lie, about everything, no wonder people are stressed.  I am not.  My president Trump is doing all the correct things for our country.   President TRUMP IS A CENTRIST.  He is neither DEM nor Republican.  He financed both in his private life. Both sides.  Being a centrist means, he is pragmatic & looks for solutions.

Now some women are freaking out about being able to kill their children in the womb?   There are so many B.C.'s options available in this year.

News was published/circulated in Ancient Rome just to inform.
Now, news is ventilated to inflame passions and propagandize.
Anyone unaware of this, truly needs a brain scan.

So this Liberal whore forces politics down everybody's throat, then goes to her safe space after the damage is done?

Various websites have short clips of the news being reported by the lsm which I will watch if the topic is worth it. Obviously, I can not see the panic in the ones who are listening to their "news" but I can see the panic in the ones who are telling the "news".
Even when giving a rosy picture of how well the dims are doing and what they forecast as a blue wave, it is apparent they DO NOT BELIEVE IT and are hitting the panic button.
When the hand picked lsm news reporters are in full panic mode, your party is in trouble. I agree with the article and would add : Freaked out reporters desperately seek to escape reporting the news:

( I do not know how to use the bold settings that was talked about in another post and this might be a good place to teach those of us who can remember struggling to learn how to set the v-hold on the t.v. and how to learn which phone #'s could be dialed with four #'s, seven #'s or had 1+ area code)

I think the "Poll" is right, but not in the way those Morons want it to be.

Yeah, 70% of Americans and probably more are sick and tired for what passes for "news" all it is is one Trump bash after another. There is no more "news" its all opinion.  And who do we have? Sock Puppets from CNN et al like Jim Acosta shouting out at Trump, blaming Trump for shootings, blaming Trump for "seperating kids" at the border, Blaming Trump for everything. And in the same "Basket" are Trump supporters, he we go again, you are all just a bunch of Deplorables, you are evil people you are idiots who live in trailer parks and support a Con man and a criminal who collaborated with Russia to win the election. We're going to attack your Kids, we're going to throw you out of resturaunts we're going to harass you at gas stations because you voted for Trump. AND IT IS HAPPENING.

You see who that appeals to? Complete imbeciles like this stupid leftist airhead in the article who thinks that complex problems like CHILD TRAFFICKING and Illegal Immigration can be solved by her yelling and screaming at some rally with other stupid leftists.  And their solution?   Lets abolish ICE....oh yeah that will "solve" the Problem. Just make it go away so we can enjoy Mr Rodgers neighborhood and sing Kumbaya

1)   Find what you like to be bold.

2)   Highlight the area by holding the left side of the mouse down and drag across the area, it should turn blue.

3)   Then go up and click the B Icon image top left.  It should be in your top tool bar just above your posting, above your smiles tool bar.

I will also put this in the help area.

When I saw that, I had an image of a 20 something Snowflake student sitting in the upright fetal position in PJ''s, holding a stuffed animal, rocking back and forth while sucking her thumb.
All while "It's a Wonderful Day in the Neighborhood" played in the background.
I honestly did. We''re dealing with an entire generation of fragile human beings and that's kind of scary, because suicide rates will go off the chart, and mental health is about to become a huge industry all its own.

Of course they are. What are the words and phrases we hear the most? Armageddon, apocalypse, death, constitutional crisis, war, racist and Don Lemon.
