Former Trump Aide: He’s Doomed

It's what many of us have known since the start.

Why a former political adviser to the Republican frontrunner believes Trump's candidacy is closing in on a total collapse.

Look at the polls, and Donald Trump is crushing his Republican opponents. But from the perspective of Sam Nunberg, a political adviser who worked for Trump until earlier this year, the Donald's campaign is losing—and is just a couple months from total disaster.

"What I'm worried about is, I don't know what his inner circle is telling him. I hope they're being honest. I'm more worried, I'm not optimistic," Nunberg told The Daily Beast. "Under the scenario that I'm laying out, I do not think that he will win... This is what I would say from a 'glass half-empty' perspective if I were talking to Mr. Trump."

To be sure, predictions of Trump's demise have so far proven wrong—he has defied conventional wisdom, and continues to be the frontrunner in the Republican presidential primary despite controversies that would have eliminated almost any other candidate. But the trajectory of the campaign thus far, Nunberg says, means that it is more likely than not that Trump will lose the first presidential contests in Iowa and New Hampshire, then hobble into South Carolina having lost frontrunner status and ceded momentum to his competitors.

Falling poll numbers in the first key states, a lack so far of reserved advertising, a low net favorability and underperformance in the college-educated voting bloc that dominates the early presidential contests—all these contribute to a darkening forecast for the Trump campaign, Nunberg argued.

But....

Hey, Donald, spend a few mil on exposing Hillary, before you throw in the towel.

I honestly don't believe Trump will go down that road, and the reason being, he's in business with a lot of Klinton supporters, and to attack a Klintonista, would literally be war with probably a third or more of his industry.
From building hotels, to holding banquets in Trumps hotels, benefits at Trump golf resorts, these people have a lot of money, possibly enough, that if they boycotted Trump inc, he would literally collapse.

If Trump can't go negative on Hillary, he ought to get out.   The guy is completely out of issues!

Yes he is.
But he can still go negative on her record, I just don't think he'll bring up Bill's record, or her willingness to attack the women accusers, or Bill's stay at pedophile island.
I think they will drop all of this, it's a dead end for both candidates. Hell, you may never hear it brought up again.

Agree. He is not the typical politician, the majority of which can go back to practicing law. Trump will need to keep his enterprises going and cannot afford to burn too many bridges. There has already been some negative fallout concerning some of his golf ventures.

One of Trumps ongoing, unmet challenges is how to communicate to the public the truth that the responsibility of the world class business man is to gain approvals and cooperation from all sectors, politics aside. Especially difficult to get through to Packers and Lions fans, conditioned to a kind the kinds of "fan support" divisiveness politicians and the media play upon. When you think about it, that's why those same fans elect to stick around Detroit and Chicago and go down, as opposed to building and bettering their lives. When it gets down to it, the responses are likely too ingrained. Democrats are working hard for JEB as an alternative to Trump or Hillary, but still, most believe Hillary and Bill and Barack are their meal ticket.
Barack is now practicing the pull back of Cloward Pliven, witnessed by the mania to press TPP and UN Rule on America.

Yep, I forgot about that, but it's evidence that proves my point, that publicly trashing the Queen of Corruption comes with serious consequences.

That was the first thing that came to my mind
when Trump announced he was running.
He owns lots of real estate in Manhattan.
Many of his customers are wealthy leftists.

He's already criticized leftists a lot more than I thought he could afford to.
He's already suffered hits to his businesses.
Maybe he really is one of those rare creatures,
a genuine patriot who's willing to sacrifice his personal interests
for the nation's well-being.
Here are the 10 RINOs who voted to impeach Trump on Jan. 13, 2021 - NEVER forget!
WY  Liz Cheney      SC 7  Tom Rice             WA 4  Dan Newhouse    IL 16  Adam Kinzinger    OH 16  Anthony Gonzalez
MI 6  Fred Upton    WA 3  Jaime Herrera Beutler    MI 3  Peter Meijer       NY 24  John Katko       CA 21  David Valadao

What is Trump's definition of losing? Could it be not winning IA or NH? This could be his out. I think he may be looking for an exit strategy.

No one else picked up on the above?  Before I take into consideration anything this man has to say about Trump I need to know WHY is he a former political advisor?  Was he fired?  Did he quit?

Does anyone know?

I think we ALL picked up on the "former" political advisor.  It is somewhat irrelevant to his analysis.  He may have been fired.  However, that does not change his deductive reasoning of Trump's hurdle.  He did not criticize Trump.  He just pointed out things he deemed problematic.  I think he still wants Trump to win.
