Former Jeb Bush campaign staffer Tim Miller was responsible for giving anti-Roy Moore information to the Washington Post, according to text messages obtained by Big League Politics.

Tim Miller is the co-founder of America Rising super PAC, which was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars apiece by the Republican National Committee and the Senate Leadership Fund during the 2016 campaign cycle. Miller now works for Definers, which is a major vendor to America Rising. He served on the Bush campaign in a communications role and has since established himself as an anti-Trump Republican lauded by the anti-Trump left for his opposition to the Republican president.

Big League Politics has obtained screenshots of a text conversation between Tim Miller and conservative writer Charles C. Johnson. In the conversation, Miller refers to "Beth." He is referring to Beth Reinhard, a Washington Post reporter who has pushed the allegations against Moore.

The allegations that Moore pursued young teenage girls have been roundly criticized for alleged factual inaccuracy, and for the Democratic Party connections of at least one accuser.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is seen by insiders as fighting against Moore in favor of his Democrat opponent Doug Jones, who is also linked to Bush family strategist Karl Rove, according to insiders.

These text messages reveal a few things: the Republican Establishment's relationship with the Post's anti-Moore coverage, the cunning of writer Charles Johnson in trapping Miller, and former Bush staffer Miller's cluelessness about how to conduct himself in the world of political subterfuge. Miller denied to BLP that he was involved in the Washington Post story "or any others where women spoke out about Judge Moore," but the text messages below leave no doubt as to his involvement:

Well said. Word at the time, was Reagan thought Bush was an incompetent boob and wanted no part of Bush running on the ticket but the RINO of the day pretty much forced the issue.

Maybe I'm a bit cynical to expect massive voter fraud Tuesday.    Democrats are plowing 50-60 million dollars into this race, by one report.  People spending that kind of money are not expecting to lose.

Not getting slaughtered is just as important. Moore could win by a huge margin, even after the hatchet job done on him, but at the same time, you have leftist in every arena being charged with sexual misconduct on every scale, Moore is the distraction they need, so pumping millions into this is not money wasted, and the closer you can place the numerical outcome, the better for the Dims, especially when you consider the party, for all intents and purposes, is dead.

Alabama is a solid Conservative State, one the Dims know they can never win, but bring those numbers closer together?
Add to that, we have RINO telling people to back a write in candidate, further shrinking Moore's final outcome and giving the Dims even more help.

Hmmm.... wonder how much each vote will cost the Democrats?  $50k per vote, perhaps?   That's a lot of food stamps, hell, they could be buying Steak & Lobster for each voter for a year with all that money being pumped in!

Which begs the question, WHY?
There has to be a lot of young Dim candidates looking to run for office with little to no cash and were depending heavily on what little money the party actually has to dole out.
I guess Dims, being inherently used to using 'other peoples money', never think about running out of cash, Hell, they have a whole bunch of checks left in the checkbook, how could they possibly go broke?
