My gut feeling about Wray is that is part of the swamp the FBI became under Obama. It would be tough, but I believe agency needs an outsider to clean it up. There is a meme going around Facebook that Trump should appoint General Flynn as director and the rats would scurry. 

It would be Righteous justice for Flynn to be appointed to run the FIB.
