Anyway, that's how I see it. You have Muscum taking over Europe destroying existing culture.
Take Robinhood for example, even though they're not certain of his burial site, a monument constructed in the 1700s is destined to be torn down to make way for warehouse space and no talk of preserving it.
Keep in mind, Hood stands for good in all cultures, he is yesteryears superhero and a value retained in the majority of humanity in fighting for the underdog.
Disrespecting what he stands for is akin to the Dims telling us, the Constitution is merely a paper written by old and deceased white guy from a bygone era.
England is allowing Muscum to take and bury their history and culture.

Inscription:
Here beneath this little stone
Lays Robert Earl of Huntingdon
Never was an archer so good as he
And people called him Robin Hood
Such outlaws as he and his men
Will England never see again

ROBIN Hood's "grave" could be bulldozed, covered in concrete and turned into an industrial estate in a move that has sparked outrage.
The wounded outlaw met his death after leaving the safety of Sherwood Forest to be healed by nuns in Kirklees Priory, West Yorks.

CONTROVERSIAL plans to concrete over the supposed grave of Robin Hood are being fought by thousands of protesters. They have taken up arms against a decision that could see warehouses built on the meadow where the outlaw is said to have fired his last arrow.

Some 2,500 people have signed an online petition calling on council bosses to drop plans to earmark the Green Belt land as an industrial estate.

The grave is said to be in the vicinity of a folly near Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

Once wrongly assumed to contain his bones, it was built in the 1700s but fell into disrepair.

Petition organiser Gareth Nolan said: "Apart from two medieval manuscripts there are very few tangible relics of Robin Hood in existence.

I hope that the very least there is an excavation done before they pave over it.

At least it's a warehouse and not a mosque.

I just find it sad that they are willing to destroy grounds essentially untouched since his time.
I kinda get it though, this is really not considered all that old compared to many of the structures in the area, but it has a great historical connection to what the people hold dear, as in a Davis and Goliath type character.
I see it akin to destroying the Alamo to make way for a warehouse.

I'm not defending this but Britain is loaded with monuments, grave sites, ruins, chapels a ancient sites. I mean they are everywhere. so if we preserved every site we'd all have to live outside the UK. However this monument is literally in the middle of a forest. If whatever company is going to spend the money to buy the entire forest and the adjoining fields I'm pretty sure they can figure out to move the structure a few feet to the left. I'm surprised the government has not stepped in. It's nearly impossible to do anything with or near something historic. So, SJW's at work?

Yep, that's what I meant about comparable to many, much older sites.
Have you ever visited the site? This is definitely one of the sites I'd love to visit if I ever went to Europe, I just love the lore behind it.
I've always had a fascination with the story, ever since I went to Bidwell Park in Chico here in Ca and saw the site where they filmed Erol Flynn standing high up on an oak tree limb.
Thing is, he had a deathly fear of heights, so they dug a trench below the limb that was only a couple of feet off the ground and put the cameraman down in the hole so he could shoot up and create the illusion he was high in the tree.

Oh yeah I have been there and I have to say those that want it preserved should have done more to preserve it. it's a total wreck.
