Listening to Michael Savage this evening and he was interviewing Donald Trump, which is unusual for Savage as he rarely has guests on his show, fairly interesting interview.  Along with some interesting answers to the questions Savage asked him if he planned on running in 2012 and told him he would support him if he did.  I am trying to find the interview and will post it when I do.

"Are you one of the many frustrated Americans sick and tired of hearing the same old mundane political campaign promises? Empty promises echo across the nation every four years; stringing us along as we wait for something good to finally happen. Well it is finally here, and it is real. It is DONALD J. TRUMP. We need to convince Donald Trump to run for President in 2012 and end all of the old rhetoric occurring in Washington. This campaign will sweep a nation ready for "real" change and improve the lives of each and every American citizen. Trump has the knowledge, the resources, the power and the experience needed to re-shape our ailing nation; restoring our hope. Under his guidance, The United States of America will once again be the land of opportunity, prosperity and strength!"

Not sure I understand the attraction.

We've already had one novelty candidate for president in the form of Ross Perot. I don't see any reason to indulge another billionaire - or is it millionaire? - with too much time on his hands who, out of the goodness of his heart, would be willing to take the pay cut to lead us lesser mortals into the promised land only his mighty hand can bring us to.

I just find it interesting that Savage, who rarely backs anyone, is backing Trump.

Would the White House become the Trump White House Towers?  Which wife would come with him?

But on a somewhat serious note...it would be better than what we currently have. :) :)

Thanks Taxed for finding the link...ST

If American rich folks were allowed to buy a piece of the national debt, cash up front for naming rights on any U.S. Government-owned property, how long before we get in the black again?

Comcast Yellowstone Park. We kept Keith Olbermann, for the geyser-cap. Hourly eruptions, by the expert.

Berkshire Hathaway Treasury Building. Archer-Daniels Agriculture Building. Colt Arms Department of Justice.
