Two things I would like to see. Anyone under the age of 21 band from all social media. And taxes payed on the information collected and sold.
I dream of the day a chicken can cross the road with out it's motives being questioned.

So what about Free Speech?

What about the second amendment.
What about selling alcohol to minors?
What about driving cars?
There are many things minors are denied.
I dream of the day a chicken can cross the road with out it's motives being questioned.

Yeah, speech isn't one of them. There was no age limit placed on the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights was about every living soul, but the States can pretty much do as they please as long as it doesn't violate the Constitution.
That part about, laws not covered by the Constitution are left up to the States.
Yeah, the tax thing might be interesting, but I'd prefer Trump cut all their Federal funding altogether and make them suffer the free mkt, share their algorithms like Google, after all, it does belong to us, the Taxpayer. These scum are still sucking at the Taxpayer teat.

Minors have their rights truncated. Why can't they buy girly magazines or alcohol. Why can't those standards be applied to social media. Every school shooting has a "and he was bullied on social media" line.

I agree.

On a side note, why is social media selling our information? We are supposed to have access to speak our minds, and with that comes a basic of information needed to identify one's self. They should not be selling anything.
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

Now you've found an avenue we can use, children. I'm surprised some DA hasn't taken this head on, that these social media don't protect the children as they use and abuse them for profit via potential blackmail

You might just have something there.

Congress created laws granting exemptions to social networking companies that the users of such platforms do not enjoy.  This was done with the intent of shutting down sites that provided escort services (prostitutes) and other stuff.  Like so many other things Congress does, this may have had a legitimate purpose, but it allowed the social networking services and companies like google and youtube, to pretty much deplatform anyone they deem inappropriate by their own arbitrary standards.

Were the marketplace free to deal with such issues as someone being banned or deplatformed, they could sue for damages.  However, the laws Congress created have interfered in this function of a free market and free society.  They sold themselves as not being editors, but providing a Public Square. They are acting more like editors of other sorts of media platforms, who often make editorial decisions on content based upon politics or blocking competitors.

If Congress takes repeals the laws they passed, or at least define who and what they are allowed to ban and not leave it open for these companies to decide, then the free market and our Constitution and our existing laws would provide remedies.  If someone has a monetized account and the company (Facebook, google, youtube, twitter, etc.) causes a harm to them, then such person or company could recover both compensatory and punitive damages.

The Liberals who work at these places used the law which is intended to take down terrorists and live streaming suicides/homocides and advertising for prostitutes and such, and they are targeting Conservatives. (and even just run of the mill Republicans) while promoting their Globalist, Liberal agenda and propaganda.  They can attempt to promote anything they want, but our government represents us and when any corporation is causing any citizen any harm then our government has an interest in protecting citizens from powerful organizations which cause them harm.

We probably need to take the House and gain more seats in the Senate to repeal or change these laws which benefit the Liberals.  It goes without saying, President Trump needs to be reelected, as well.
