I think you're Right, I read where someone used facial recognition software and said the black face guy isn't Northam, yet he was the one that sent in the pic.
All things aside, they just want to change the narrative away from infanticide, so desperately, they are willing to throw 3 of their own under the bus to keep it rolling.
