DOJ rejects Andrew McCabe appeal to avoid criminal charges
The Justice Department rejected former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's appeal to avoid criminal charges for lying to federal agents.
"The Department rejected your appeal of the United States Attorney's Office's decision in this matter. Any further inquiries should be directed to the United States Attorney's Office," said an email sent to McCabe's attorneys, a source close to McCabe's legal team told the Washington Examiner.
Last month McCabe's lawyers met with Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jessie Liu, indicating federal prosecutors were close to making a final decision on whether to indict McCabe.
Liu has now recommended moving forward with charges, according to Fox News....:thumbsup:

First we go after Jill McCabe and his son and daughter and threaten to throw them in jail.
Then McCabe has to plead guilty even if he is not. Stretch it out long enough so that he looses everything.
Give this butthole the Michael Flynn treatment for true justice. Then we can feature how CNN hired another liar and loser from the left and how well he fit in with their existing group.

We might be seeing why Barr did not go after Comey from the initial IG report. There are bigger fish to fry. My obervation of McCabe is that he is one sleazy character and would not be reluctant to throw anybody under the bus.
Well it looks like Andrew McCabe got some very bad news from the U.S. Attorney office in DC. Time for the rats to jump ship and start singing the Blues.
