How can there be an Fee increase, on something that is already free?
I could understand if they said "PENTAGON CONSIDERS HEALTHCARE FEE FOR MILITARY"

But I still would be against it, seeing how a Soldier signs and agrees in contract, to lower wages than civilian life and in general sacrifice to the Country they love, in exchange for paid HC and PX privileges for life.
