DNC chairman defends lawsuit against Russia, Trump campaign, WikiLeaks

The chairman of the Democratic National Committee on Sunday defended a new multimillion-dollar lawsuit against the Russian government, the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks, with talk show hosts asking whether it was distracting from efforts to rebuild the Democratic Party.
"I don't know when Director Mueller's investigation is going to end, so we need to file now to protect our rights," Tom Perez said in an interview with ABC News's George Stephanopoulos, referring to special counsel Robert S. Mueller III's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. "We've got elections coming up in November. It's hard to win elections when you have interference in elections. They've done it with impunity, and I'm concerned that it's going to happen again. So, that's why we did it now."

What a great Opportunity for the Republicans to file a counter suit against the DNC for damage to individuals, the election process and the Trump administration that was all brought about by their funding with the Clinton campaign through the DNC law firm of fusion GPS of a foreign national ( steel) to effect the outcome of the 2016 election! The RNC should counter suit to recoup the cost of everyone's loses and legal fees incurred as a direct result of this unverified dossier.
Unlike the Dim's that have no proof of Trump Russia Collusion the RNC has plenty of proof of DNC funds going to Russians in an attempt to undermine the Trump campaign. As broke as the DNC is a major judgement against them could be a nail in their coffin!

So What do you think Solar? Do the republicans/ Trump campaign have good grounds for a counter suit?

I don't know, I think Trump is way too busy indicting them, enough to bother suing a bankrupt Marxist party.

This might be a stupid question, but by naming the hacked server in the lawsuit, doesn't that give the republicans the right to investigate that server?

Or a neutral 3rd party appointed by the court IE: FBI:?

Trump's lawyers are already filing counter suit for discovery on all the servers named in the lawsuit, Clinton's emails, which were also referenced, and a whole host of other DNC skullduggery.

I have the feeling the demoncraps have really stepped in it this time.

I am sure the DNC has pick out the judge and Jury for this.

A few points:

1) What do they hope to gain from a civil suit?
2) What is this evidence? Why haven't they presented it?
3) If their main objective is to have Trump removed from office, shouldn't they give this "mountain" of evidence to Mueller?

Quite probable. But I don't see even the most rabidly progressive justice refusing or blocking discovery. Discovery is an automatic right in any civil lawsuit.

1: Because the rules for evidence are a lot less stringent in a civil case than in a criminal case.
2: There is none worthy of the name, hence civil action.
3: Because the mountain is not quite the size of a pimple on the nose of a sand flea.

So they have less than nothing.

Instead of talking about what the DNC doesn't have how about what to RNC does have that's provable for the counter suit?

The have about two years worth of media headlines, a metric ton of hubris and innuendo, a FISA warrant gained by outright illegal means, and a whiny biatch who would rather insult every voter in the U.S. than admit to what a screw up she is.

But when talking evidence of collusion affecting the outcome of the election, (or of any other kind of collusion for that matter) they have what they have always had: nothing at all.

If it were otherwise, would they wait for a CIVIL suit to bring it out?  (I don't think so....)
