Dims New Message, "Populism"? ROFL!, Communism...
« on: July 24, 2017, 09:04:47 AM »
Oh God, 2018 is going to be a Midterm to remember.
I swear, the more they speak, the deeper they sink. Now they're claiming voters simply didn't know what the party stood for.
Ya see Scummer, that's your problem, they know exactly what you stand for, Marxist ideals, as evidenced in your own words as follows.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic leaders believe they lost to President Donald Trump partly because voters don't know what the party stands for. So they're trying to rebrand themselves with a new slogan and a populist new agenda as they look ahead to the 2018 midterms.
It's called "A Better Deal"

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi of California, along with other top House and Senate Democrats, are making the presentation after months of internal debate and analysis of polling and focus groups.
Democrats think of themselves as the party of working people and were surprised when Trump was able to steal working-class voters from them. They subsequently figured out that voters don't know what the party stands for, and the new effort is aimed at changing that.
Schumer acknowledged on Sunday that Democrats were partially to blame for the American people not knowing what the party stands for.
"When you lose an election with someone who has, say, 40 percent popularity, you look in the mirror and say what did we do wrong? And the number one thing that we did wrong is we didn't have -- we didn't tell people what we stood for," Schumer said on ABC's "This Week."
The full title of the agenda is "A Better Deal: Better Jobs, Better Wages, Better Future." (After an earlier and incomplete version leaked on Thursday, Twitter users mocked the similarity to the slogan for Papa John's pizza, "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza.")

" we didn't tell people what we stood for,"

I have to agree with Schumer.  The problem, however, is that if they did tell folks what they believe they would never win another election.

That's the fun part, they do the Marxist dance of avoidance.
But what's hilarious is Scummer's need to walk back all the damage the new leadership did in exposing just what the party stands for, Marxism.
Party leader Tom Perez made it quite clear the party was moving hard Left Marxist, even told the membership pro-choice would not be tolerated and that they need to find another party.
It really is hilarious, after losing more than 1000 Legislative seats under Obozo, the party elects a full blown Marxist to unify the party.
OK, that makes sense if you want to pander to what's left of the party, but suicide if you're trying to bring libs back under the squelching heat of the big Dim tent.

Until they either accept the truth about their goals as Marxists and run on that platform or move severe Right of the gop'E, they'll continue to lose elections.
I still say it'll be an entire generation before they can once again fool the new voter.

Chuckie actually skated close to criticizing Madame Doom and her beyond-lackluster campaign. Ask a Hillary supporter what her campaign points were: it's a howl what they'll have to say not answering.

Instead of working on a coherent message or new ideas they spent the last six months working on a slogan they basically stole from a fast food chain.

Yep, spent the remainder of the time whining that they didn't lose, that Trump is evil, essentially using the play book of a toddler in need of a nap.
Then spend their entire treasury on one race they lost miserably, claimed his win would prove the Dim party is on a strong path to winning back Congress.
I guess it proved the exact opposite, the nation rejected Marxist policy soundly.

"A better deal: Better Skills Better jobs Better wages". Or as Mad Maxine says "Лучшая сделка: лучшие навыки Лучшая работа Лучшая заработная плата"
