Title: Dim Tax Bill Hypocrisy
Post by: topside on January 26, 2018, 07:01:18 PM
The Dims are so hypocritical.

Basically Cuomo (Gov. NY (D)) says that he and other east coast states are going to sue the Feds over the new Tax law because ... for real ... it taxes the rich in their states too much. He says that the limited state and local tax (SALT) deduction of $10k will cost his tax base about $14.3 B. Isn't this the same party that was whining because the Tax Bill favored the rich too much?

But ... but ... the New York City suburbs pay the highest taxes in the nation. Upstate, residents pay the highest taxes compared with home values. And school taxes represent about 60 percent of a homeowner's bill. This is according to a Dim site ... so it's probably worse than they say.

But at least they're getting something for their money since their schools are superior to other states. Oh - wait - they rank 42 out of 50 states according to this site.  :scared:

Well, maybe their corrupt leaders should be locked up and the new ones could stop the theft (yeah, right). Then they could get their budget in order, lower the SALT rates, and the tax bill wouldn't be such a burden for their citizens to bear.
