So these American citizen   want-to-bes have been here for more than five years, have jobs and kids and 0bama thinks that they are going to rush to into the arms of ICE and register just in case the new Republican Congress really does love them after all and is willing to let them stay??? 

I might not want to get into the system and start paying taxes and being responsible for buying "0"-care.  What are the benefits of this plan? 

Their kids are already American citizens according to a miss-interpretation of the 14 Amendment by a federal judge.  No other country on this planet allows children born to illegal immigrants or people visiting from other countries to become citizens. 

These people already get welfare for the kids and can take the kid back to Mexico and get their check sent to Mexico and many, many do every year.

The Republicans should shrug and wait until January and then hit "0" with a truck load of legislation dealing with boarder security.  Pass laws that forbid him from using government funds to issue the documents necessary to implement this plan

Apparently Obama's Edict runs right up to the line of illegality  and stops right there!

Kind of like a football player rushing the line of scrimmage in an attempt to draw the other team offsides!

It looks like he was trying to get the Republicans to play the Impeachment card - which would give him immediate, enhanced "victim" status. Especially when the lapdog media bends over backwards explaining to the low information voters how his Presidential Edict is "legal".

And, so far as I can see, the Republicans didn't fall for it.

There may yet be hope for the country and the GOP.

I think he wants to provoke the R's to a government shut down or to try and impeach him.  He has absolutely no intention of working with the new congress, on anything.

Absolutely correct. It doesn't matter what the GOP does he will not agree with it. The republicans just nned to pass legislation and let Obama veto it. That is the last thing he wants.

I don't believe that.  That's some bullshit put out by the GOP so they can avoid fixing the Hussein problem, and they're hiding behind the irrelevant MSM narrative that it will make the country think we're racist.  Total bullshit.  It is obvious to me at this point that the RINOs are hanging on tight to Hussein, and they really want him to help them out, but they're going to need to get ready for the new battle: the one with the incoming conservatives.

All the Dems and RINOs have is an MSM narrative.  One that has been dead for a while.  This whole address Hussein made was just to jump start some much needed Dem fundraising by the few remaining Marxists who are willing to donate.  This whole thing is a joke to me right now, and have my popcorn ready for the GOP vs the conservatives battle coming up in 2015.  I can't wait!!!!!!

The fact Obama flies off to Vegas for a photo app signing of his EO confirms your thoughts. He can only campaign. What will be interesting in 2016 is if the democrat nominee stiffs him for the campaign like the senate candidates did this year. That will be the ultimate put down for him. I think I am going to enjoy that.

Only after the Border is certified secure by the Governors of the states on our southern border They should--

start hearings and open debate on using each one of the points in Bambies executive overreach! There may be some points in it that everyone could agree with!
#1) Any convicted Felon, Gang member Ect. Should be immediately deported when picked up by law enforcement!
#2) collage graduates? Maybe?
#3) Military servicemen with honorable service?

Point is that out of the 5 million "Dreamers" they keep talking about there may be 2 to 3 million that have proven themselves to be hard working and law abiding. Just by opening this Debate on those few, Republicans and conservatives could steal this issue from the left without opening the flood gates but rather securing our borders!

Note one other fact! The left will try to pull on peoples heart strings talking about "Dreamers" But pushing for amnesty for all illegals. By answering the problem of this one segment of the illegals we get them out of the debate on the rest and the American people will be less inclined to support any amnesty for them.

I have no problem with a path to citizenship for those who have been law abiding residents. However, there should be no preferential treatment for anyone. The problem with this solution is that it would be administered by government bureaucrats who would totally screw it up.

It IS, because it'll NEVER be undone.

I did. He did exactly what he can get away with.  He cannot officially write law, but it won't just fade away in 2016.  Obamacare won't be repealed either. Government action is never undone -- just layer upon layer.

Yeah, they have amnesty 5 million officially, ALL for all practical purposes.
