Convicted Felons are prohibed from a bunch of rights;such as the right to vote or the right to vote or hold public office and the right to possess a firearm, unless they receive a "restoration of certain civil rights".  I wonder if this is the mechanism under which Obama is ignoring these criminal aliens past unlawful conduct (beyond illegally entering and/or staying in the US.. visa ovestays) and getting around the current law which requires deportation hearings for "criminal aliens" once they have served their sentence.

I wonder if that means these exfelons will be allowed to arm themselves with the firearms taken from Americans.

None of the 9/11/01 terrorist entered the country illegal. They all entered legally and overstayed their visa.

Also, since the State Department is forbidden from using membership, or association with a known terrorist organization to deny a visa to visitors or students, this action by Obama does absolutely noting to address the weaknesses in the existing immigration laws which allowed the terror attacks of 9/11/01 to take place in the first place!

Too many of my fellow Firearms Enthusiasts think there is no limits to 2A/RTKBA (I think felons , illegals, cartel growers & their henchmen & their families, pediphiles, CPUSA Street Rabble, recently arrived Muslim fundamentalists, and folks in Mental institutions or under care of Mental Help Specialists... should have limitations on their RTKBA .

ILLEGALS have NO rights under the Constitution (at least that was the case).  We have laws prohibiting certain "groups" from obtaining firearms. Unfortunately, according to law, illegals only need to items; a valid ICE issued form of identification and a valid alien number.  Obama just opened the door for them and armed them.

Suze let me explain something to you again....THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ARMED.....I can tell you for a fact how criminal aliens obtain firearms with or without ID, I've investigated hundreds of cases of such. Do you realize how easy it is to fake ID, do you realize many foreign countries Like Nigeria and many int he middle east have NATIONAL programs to produce counterfeit everything from US Dollars to Phony bearer bonds to US PASSPORTS, drivers license etc?

In my day Rastafarians and Columbians were the big criminal alien powers, this was before those damned Russians entered the picture. The didn't need "ID" they got some drunk old fart on SS, gave him a shopping list and a wad of cash and drove him outside a Virginia Pawn Shop or gun store.

This whole thing is a shuck on Obamao's part he wants these people to be added to the LEGAL voting list ASAP, God only knows how many are voting illegally but with a proper congressional oversight that might be curtailed somewhat.
