Well to be fair when republicans were in the minority in the senate we were very effective in stopping Obama's agenda until Harry Reid changed the rules! Maybe we should adopt Reid's playbook!!
One other thing we all knew Obama would veto the legislation anyway. We just wanted him on record!

With the support of the American people in the 70%, this will become low hanging fruit for whoever our candidate is against whoever their candidate is.  Who knows, maybe the Dummycrit will be stupid enough to make the public connection between opposing this (as well as any fossile fuel production) because of the red herring of Global Warming.  When more people come to realize that one party is raisng the price of energy (and therefore raing the price of everything) because of this debunked 'theory', maybe the whole can of worms of 'climate change/global warming' will be openly debated.  Do you think people are willing to sacrifice  their prosperity and that of their children for the theories of a pack of proven liars.  They get away with the BIG LIE, because most people are never making an association about hw they are personally affected each and every day by the policies and regulations to combat this non existent problem!  IT'S NOT MAN MADE AND NOTHING MAN CAN DO WILL AFFECT THE CLIMATE PATTERNS!

Yes, they are, every single one. We never catch a break -- every time I think things might change I get disappointed. I had high hopes that something would be done about illegal immigration -- nope, foiled again! (or maybe fooled would be a better word) I believe that Boehner is a tool for Obama and that Pelosi and Reid continue to run the House and the Senate. I can't understand why Boehner didn't back down on having Netanyahu speak...there has to be more to it.

Anyway, trying to stay optimistic that something good is in store for beleaguered conservatives.

Someone didn't inform the Hill that, we, TEA we're dead. Oh wait, does the left think they can actually influence us like they do their Pavlov Dog base, where they blow a whistle for an expected action?

They have another thing coming. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a recall election is in process in Ohio as we speak.
