Here is another great example of how the left knows what best for everyone. Nobody is mandating anything, but it gives the citizenry a CHOICE. Democrats hate this because they do not have control when the folks can decide. Trump takes another step to undo the Obama administration. 

The left's idea of choice is, to either pay a fine or sign up for Commiecare.

Well, he does seem to be having fun pretending that he's the King in exile, circling the globe trying to set up US policy and relationships in spite of Trump.
