I fear you are correct, history certainly bears it out.
God knows I hope I'm wrong, but mathematically speaking, the odds are, that the party will continue its leftward push unless we steal it from these Marxist scum.

Your not wrong. Both parties are moving left at a breakneck speed. The dims just got a pretty good head start on the reps. Either we take the party back, or start a new one, but this can not go on as is.

And this is the puzzling part, Why?
I know we're on the verge of seizing the party, but what perplexes me so, is the GOP had a perfect chance to move Right, instead they literally jumped in the old seat the Dims vacated.
From a business perspective, this was pure genius, seize the location vacated by your only competitor, ensuring a death grip/monopoly on the market as well, a guarantee they'll never return to prominence.

But truly the smart thing to do, would have been to secure their place, then start moving the country back Right, furthering the demise of the leftists, expose the damage done by the party out of power, but that's not what  the GOP is doing, no, they're continuing the failed policies of the party out of power, this is neither genius nor productive, these are treasonous actions.
But more importantly, leaves an opening for a new competitor to enter the arena, one coming from the Right, serving the majority nation.

If anything, this was not a smart move for the RNC, the last thing they need is competition for the base from the Right, especially considering, there is none left to their left.

This also assures the GOP base, our work will entail more than simply taking the majority in the party, but continuing to kick the Marxists out of the party till it's completely purged of these scum, this, more importantly, points to the real enemy, the RNC...

It took years for the Marxists to work their way into the GOP, it'll take just as long to get them out.

The absolute last thing the GOP wants, a viable TEA Party.

I'm liking what Bannon has going.

He wasn't necessarily a great fit for the WH, but he has put forth some great TP goals, strategies, and tactics.

Saw him on Hannity last night, and he was talking about turning the big $ republicans away from the Bush-Rove camp, and over to his side.  Says he's going to fund a conservative candidate for virtually every seat up for grabs in 2018.

This really feels like the logical progression and refinement of the TP from ~ 2010.  And Bannon actually said as much.

He's declaring war on every incumbent candidate except Cruz.
