:lol:During Vice President Joe Biden's remarks at the retreat Friday, reporters were required to have a staff member, usually a junior member of the press team, escort them when going to the bathroom or to the lobby. The filing center for reporters was at a separate hotel from where the retreat was taking place, so access was limited to members of Congress specifically made available to the press.


"It was a police state. It was absurd how heavy handed the capitol police and Democratic staff were in trying to control everywhere the press went," New York Times reporter Jeremy Peters said in an interview.

Peters said at one point he was also barred from entering the hotel where the retreat was taking place, despite the fact he had an invitation to eat breakfast with a member of Congress.

"I was an invited guest into this hotel, into the restaurant of the hotel. The staff from the Democratic caucus refused to let me into the hotel, and the Capitol Police told me to leave, even after the congressman went to them and said 'no, he is my invited guest,'" Peters said.

Peters said he was told by a staffer they were being escorted to prevent them from talking to members of Congress.

This would be one of the downsides of letting 23-year-olds run everything, or senior people with the minds of 23-year-olds.

The MSM probably wouldn't complain all that much if Obama began jailing and executing their brethren.

They would bitch about it for a day or two, then begin competing again to be his favorite.

They obviously don't care that Atkisson's PC was invaded and she was then harrassed into silence.

Because she's not one of the "supporters" of the tear-down of America.

Well as Eco friendly as the libs are this is probably to insure that the reporters do not over use the TP and only flush once!

  Well, with the male, female, transgender, bi sex, gay, les, cross dresser, and I'm sure i am missing several  more of the new sexes (No offense intended towards any missed group, I'm sure you are as important as the rest) the democrats are just making sure everyone will get to the right bathroom so as to not embarrass anyone.(or thing)  Us republicans have it very easy when it comes to bathrooms, just male and female, and we all know which is which, even the little republican children know the difference. So please out there, show a little understanding for democrats who need assistance getting to the right restroom.
