Now they are intensely debating death penalty return to European life. As for me, I would introduce death penalty for some major political offences. Laws must really work for all the people in all the EU countries. When it doesn't occur it's a big threat for democratic foundations and stability. This is what we exactly witness now in Lithuania

"Democratic foundations"? Democracies are their own worst enemy by design. Your call to "introduce death penalty for some major political offences", screams dictatorial rule in executing those that believe in the rule of law.
You literally are advocating a system that executes the voice of opposition. How about just enforcing the law equally, as found in a Republican form of govt?

T think one of the reasons for the continued popularity of communism and other leftist philosophies, is that they have never had their "Nuremberg Trials". The people who used to make citizens "disappear" simple faded into the background, with their pensions. Or changed the name of their party and ran for office.

Very good observation!  We've been defeating countries instead of Ideologies, or someone is forgetting to teach it in the history class.  National Socialism (Nazism) is on the rise - how could this possibly happen in America?  They replaced history lessons with envy, racism & strife.
