I've been thinking about this recently, how the dumb ass in the White House is killing American industry, from a proposed carbon tax, (EPA madness) to taxing so called millionaires (couples making more than $250K yearly).

The lowest income people can expect to spend the highest proportion of their income on energy-related services (such as food, fuel, electricity etc). The supposed wealthy spend their money on high priced goods and services, from financial planning and designer clothing, high end products for their home (most things manufactured here in the US) that require much less energy per dollar of expenditure.
Think about that, locally made products require less oil to produce because we aren't importing products.
Granted it's not a lot, but when you consider more than 80% of what we purchase in this country has all or part of it imported.
For a party that wants to cut carbon, it seems a bit ridiculous or hypocritical to kill local industry.

Now, take away their ability to spend their extra cash on these things and the result is more jobs lost.

So what really is happening here? The poor are getting poorer and the rest of us quit buying upper end product due to less disposable income, meaning a net loss of jobs.

I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but lib/kids are clueless in all things economy, it's more a message for them.

Bingo!!!!
Yet the libs just don't see the feigned crying by their so called leaders.
It was never about the environment or the debt, it's all about punishing the Capitalists and a need to gain power for an eventual Marxist takeover of the country.

Yep, actions have consequences, yet libs can't seem to make that simple connection.

BILLY Defiant

Here is what gets me.

All these Teamsters Union scumbags are jumping up and down over "right to work"...the Union this, the Union that, Obamao saved the auto industry, Obamao saved Union jobs. blah blah blah.....how about all those UNION mine workers in West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southern Ohio? They are more than pissed at Obamao and voted against him, some of the most unfriendly anti Obama signs I saw were in west Virginia and Penna specifically.

Where is the solidarity with fellow union "brothers".

Coal is our most important natural resource and the industry and all it touches including those idiot teamsters who drive the coal turcks are impacted adverserly.
