QuoteThere's a myth that Operation Choke Point was shut down.  It was officially shut down in 2017, yet has continued in a different capacity.  This is happening from social media, payment platforms, and apparently personal bank accounts.  If you're conservative, you may be cut off from basic services, not unlike China with their social credit score.

Who can we go to for banks and credit cards?
chase

A great long time ago I had a Chase account.

I get Hundreds of e-mails and junk mail so I don't see a problem in finding a good bank.   Credit cards are for people who will not save money for what they need.   There for the I need it now generation.

At the risk of angering those who are not comfortable with bible-talk...
this has the feel of what the bible describes as "...if you refuse the mark of the beast, you will not be able to buy or sell."
People tend to think this will occur all of a sudden and the world will be surprised.  I don't agree.  I think it will occur little by little, so the frogs won't jump out of the water.

What is happening now will get progressively worse.  We are being boiled slowly but surely.

Question is...can it  be stopped?  Or postponed to another time when they try again?

Speaking with older folks years ago, they told me there was a huge brouhaha when social security numbers became mandatory to have a job.  They feared it was the beginning of the beast system.  That was in the 1930's.  Step one?

Do you think it is too late for Trump and the MI to stop the avalanche?

Talking about SS numbers I had a comical-yet-frustrating conversation with a well-meaning-but-ignorant young person a little while ago.

My Grandmom attended and graduated from college before she married.  The first person in the family to do so.  I am the family genealogist and I thought it would be fascinating to see her college transcripts.  I called the college and asked if they had very vintage transcripts - from 100 years ago -  archived and if so, how would I go about getting a copy?"

First I had to get past the "privacy police mentality" of the well'trained robot I was talking to.
"Your Grandmother needs to give you permission in writing to release her documents."

"My grandmother died in 1970.  I don't think she'll mind if I see her transcripts.  Would you like me to email you a copy of her death certificate?"

I was put on hold while she sought advice.
Finally, "If you give me your name and address I will send you a form to fill out to request her transcripts.  Just fill it out and mail it back.  I hope you know your grandmother's Social Security number.  All college records are filed according to Social Security number."

I blinked.  "I understand what you are saying.  When I was in college my SS number was required on every form I filled out.  But my grandmother graduated sometime in the 1915-1917 time range.  She had no SS number."

"Oh, I'm sure she did," she persisted.  "Colleges have ALWAYS kept records by SS numbers."

I sighed.  "The Social Security Act was passed by Congress in the early 1930's. It did not become mandatory to have a SS number to work until 1936.  I know this for a fact because my mother and her sisters were all dragged down to the SS office to get their numbers when my Mom was 16, in 1936.  Before that, SS numbers did not exist and colleges (along with everyone else) filed their paperwork by alphabetical order, last name first, first name last.  My grandmother's last name started with a 'G', that's where you will find her records."

Another wait on hold while she spoke with her advisor.

"Well I will send you the form, but I am cautioning you that we may not be able to find her file if we don't have her SS number."

I gave up.  I gave her my name and address and am awaiting to form to come in the mail.

I am of firm belief that if you go to the Bible to fine something you will find it.  For me Bibles are history books before my time.  Something I can learn from if I don't go looking for something.

Many things are irreversible. We can use other forms of social media, entertainment, education, products, but they still won because they still control it. They ruined the things we normally consume in our lives. Finding other forms of things is just a band aid on a broken bone. Finding alternatives is running away from the problem. It's a start but not the entire journey.
