Catholic League spokesman Bill Donohue did a typically splendid take-down on Barack Obama the other day, asking why Obama isn't bothered by all the Jews and Christians getting killed or injured by muslims. The Washington Times cites a few quotes from Donohue's posting at his Catholic League website....

Quote"Christians are being beheaded all over the Middle East because they are Christians, and those carrying out this mass murder are doing so in the name of Islam" . . . "Yet you continue to say and do absolutely nothing about these unspeakable crimes. Do Christians mean so little to you?"

That's the warm-up. Now the pitch...referring to the bizarre Obama claim that Muslims had shaped "the very fabric of American society"......

No one wants you to insult Muslim Americans in the White House, but you had an opportunity to at least call on them to speak out about what their people are doing in the Middle East, and you blew it. Instead, you decided to patronize them for all their contributions to human rights.

A discussion site could have an entire forum for threads about the deadly persecution and slaughter of Christians by Muslims in Africa and the ME, Hindus in India, Buddhists in Burma, and atheists-statists in China, NoKo, and Vietnam. It would probably be filled with zero response threads, not because people approve or don't care (assuming it's not on DU or some activists' sites), but because it would be mind-numbing (seriously, how many ways and times can you say, "This is horrible!" without feeling like a powerless broken record?).

And those in power don't seem to care, especially the democrats.  I read somewhere about a theory of why democrats and liberals support such muslim terror groups.  They view the group as a minority of color against the establishment of the white man.  Any credibility to this, I don't know.

One must remember that libs do not live in reality. They believe they are outside of the world and look at it as it should be. They cannot understand that they are not immune from the consequences of their actions or non actions.

I've noticed their reality is usually we'll do it better than what was done before.  Insanity is usually defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.  We should just change insanity to liberal.
