Title: Castro Takes Round 1 in Twitter War with Cruz
Post by: patriotlass on February 16, 2017, 08:50:07 PM
Joaquin Castro and his twin, Julian are a huge concern.  Their mother was a Chicana political activist who helped establish the Chicano political party La Raza Unida.  I know must in TX think Ted's set is safe, but if Castro decides to run, he's going to be in for a tough fight!

Castro Takes Round 1 in Twitter War with Cruz

If Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, decides to run against Sen. Ted Cruz next year, he might already have a leg up on Twitter.

Castro has been hinting at a run against Cruz, who has faced the possibility of a primary challenge after he waffled on his support for President Donald Trump, possibly making him a weakened general election candidate...

...Castro is the twin of Julian Castro, who was Housing and Urban Development Secretary for the Obama administration and served as mayor of San Antonio. Both are seen as glimmers of hope for Democrats in deep-red Texas... -

Cruz didn't even tweet anything. Someone else did, and the OP claimed it was a QUOTE from Cruz? (Which it was not.) And then this Castro character responds. Ohh, score in a twitter war that never took place.

Talk about liberal lies. If this is the best they have, then Cruz has no worries at all.

And since Trump has made Twitter a laughingstock, just how well has Twitter stock behaved in that aftermath? (Hint: think Dresden bombing.) Moreover, what percentage of Americans even USE the alleged service? (The percentage who think 180-character small thoughts?)

Why do democrat insist on bring lies to the truth. It's like bring a knife to a gun fight and you always lose.

If you think Hillary lost a rigged election wait until the slap in the face the "La Raza Unida" twins will be getting.

I hope you are right.  Any connection to "La Raza" makes me shutter. Unfortunately, I doubt the LIV group would even know or make the connection.  Julian was the Secretary of Housing and Urban development under Bammy. The DEMS want to turn TX blue and if he or his brother decides to run he's got their money and the money from groups like La Raza to back him.

As for Hillary losing, she lost in part because of her sheer arrogance thinking that she was owed the presidency and that there was know way she could possibly lose and not getting off her lazy duff to campaign as she should have. She had the support and the money pouring in from the Clinton foundation and felt she had a sure thing.  I've been a huge Cruz supporter for years, and I was very alarmed when he didn't get the nomination and never thought Trump would defeat her.  But he did and I am thankful.  I can't imagine life under Hillary.

A perfect example of fake news. Titles mean nothing when the content is based on a lie.

Castro is about 2 weeks from being deported.  That piece of slime isn't qualified to adjust Ted's jock strap.

Hell, the guys' name is Castro, do we really need to question his loyalties?
Didn't Robert Byrd want to name his grandson Adolph?

Fidel at least had the decency to die.  This maggot would lose to a dead armadillo in a Texas Senate run.

Indeed. From the county map in the 2016 election, Texas has gone from red, to deep red.

Except for the Rio Grande counties (and the illegal vote), the Dims are pretty much dead in Texas
