TAPACHULA, Mexico (AP) — A ragged army of Honduran migrants streamed through southern Mexico on Sunday heading toward the United States, after making an end-run around Mexican agents who briefly blocked them at the Guatemalan border.

They received help at every turn from sympathetic Mexicans who offered food, water and clothing. Hundreds of locals driving pickups, vans and cargo trucks stopped to let them clamber aboard.

But a far bigger group forded the Suchiate River from Guatemala to the Mexican side individually and dozens at a time, and resumed the trek at first light, marching 10 abreast on the highway.

"Si se pudo!" they chanted in Spanish — "Yes, we could!"

The throng grew even larger than when the migrants arrived at the border bridge Friday, swelling overnight to 5,000 or so.  It was not immediately clear where the additional travelers came from since about 2,000 had been gathered on the Mexican side Saturday night. But people have been joining and leaving the caravan daily, some moving at their own pace and strung out in a series of columns.

Federal police monitored the caravan's progress from a helicopter and had a few units escorting it. Outside Tapachula, about 500 black-uniformed officers briefly gathered along the highway on buses and in patrol units, but they said their orders were to maintain traffic and not to stop the caravan. They moved on toward the city before the caravan reached them.

So what Mexico is saying is that they have NO control of there borders.

This morning's mail contained a news blurb (I lost it)  which showed two "migrants" burning an American flag upon which they had painted a swastika.

I see no other way to stop this mob-- the latest iteration of the progressive bum-rushing mob- than to completely shut down the border with Mexico. Yes, we'll need deployed troops, but isn't that what those troops are assigned to do?

Yeah, I saw that too and looked for it, I'm sure someone will post it shortly.
This is just more proof we need a wall, if for no other reason, than to force these armies into crossing at designated ports.

1) Where is all the food and water to support these losers coming from? Seriously; There was a tractor trailer vehicle inching along with the mob.. those things are expensive to hire 24/7... so---?

Yes, this is probably one of the dumbest stunts the left could have ever devised. Supporting the invasion of a land where citizens are negatively affected by allowing in people of the poorest nations as well as violent culturally speaking as to gangs and cartels.

That's kind of neat but I think we should take a lesson from the banks exploding dye packs. Send a crop duster over them filled with unwastable glow in the dark ink and lace it with something really foul smelling! If they do manage to bust the boarder no one well let them into their cars or trucks!
