I would never wish ill will on her but if she can't do the job she needs to go. I would not be surprised if she is holding out because the GOP controls the senate.
She'll have a long wait, for sure.
I'm positive she won't make it through Trump's first term. With that said, they just as well come clean and run a months worth of media on "how great an impact she had on the country", rather than wait till she's gone and maybe milk it for a week if they're lucky.
She's not coming back, I don't know why they are delaying the inevitable?

For Ginsburg, there is no evidence of any remaining disease, nor is there evidence of disease elsewhere in the body, according to a court representative.

But there's always the chance that scans can miss something, Miller said. Additional tests may be performed to identify the source and type of cancer.

With cancer that originates in the lung, outcomes are often poor because it's usually found late -- after it's started spreading -- and not incidentally due to other medical tests.

"Early-stage lung cancers are usually not found," said Dr. Stephen Liu, associate professor of medicine at Georgetown University's Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.

"It's usually stage 4 when detected," added Liu, who was not part of Ginsburg's care team.

If the justice hadn't fractured her ribs, Liu said, it's possible that doctors wouldn't have found the nodules and that they might have gotten larger. It is unclear from the court's statement how long the nodules were there or how quickly they had grown.

A patient's prognosis could be influenced by the size of the nodules found and whether cancer was found in any nearby lymph nodes, experts say. Doctors typically describe a nodule as less than 3 centimeters in diameter.

Doctors usually go into a lobectomy expecting to take out all the cancer, Miller said. Many patients have a good chance of being cured through lobectomy alone.

"Currently, no further treatment is planned," the court said.

I seem to remember after she broke her ribs a similar statement claiming other than the broken ribs she was in great health. Two week later she had her operation. Someone isn't being honest.

Exactly!
Their claims are not backed up with evidence to support their conclusions.
She's 85, had two bouts with deadly pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, then they find 3 nodules in one lung, two in the other, and we're supposed to believe she's fit as a fiddle and won't need further treatments?
The woman can't even keep her eyes open half the time for cryin outloud.

When did they find three nodules in her right lung?

Why am I not surprised you aren't up to date?

The left lung has two lobes, whereas the right lung has three.

Sorry, I meant to approve your post and hit the wrong button. You're right, I read it as nodules.

Is it legal for a judge to be propped up by the Dims? Is there evidence that they are or is she so dehumanized that all she has left in this life is the bench and her liberal ideals to cling to?

I think it's sad. The left is in such fear that the true republic will overturn their heinous bias that they won't encourage rest for one of their own who is dying in front of the whole nation. She is an enemy soldier - has promoted the left constitutional interpretation for a long time. But you can learn a lot about the enemy from how they treat their troops. This says a lot about the Dims; they hold onto godless ideals above all else and will sacrifice anyone for their purpose.

Dims - let the woman take leave in peace and say her goodbyes before she meets the grave. She isn't going to make it six more years.

Good points. But I wonder how much of it is Bader herself and her disdain for the Nation, that she refuses to go peacefully, maybe even left orders to keep her on life support indefinitely?

Fox News Airs Ruth Bader Ginsburg Memorial Graphic: 'Big Mistake'

How can this mistake happen...? Could Fox News know more then they are leading onto....? Someone had to type this up for it to be ready to go. Can Fox news be competing for the title of "fake News"...?

I guess this will be true or Fox News just let Buzzfeed off the hook.

The longer she is "working from home" it would appear she may not being doing as well as reported.

Question:
Who validates RGB is actually working from home, who is charged with proving she, and not someone else is writing opinions?
Point is, any Marxist could write her opinions handed to the court, then she suddenly dies?
Do these supposed opinions hold water, are they tossed out?

One upside to her absence and why no one is pushing the issue is, because they know she isn't coming back so she has no vote, this favors the right, just as if we had appointed another Conservative Justice.

The Court and Its Procedures

A Term of the Supreme Court begins, by statute, on the first Monday in October. Usually Court sessions continue until late June or early July. The Term is divided between "sittings," when the Justices hear cases and deliver opinions, and intervening "recesses," when they consider the business before the Court and write opinions. Sittings and recesses alternate at approximately two-week intervals.

With rare exceptions, each side is allowed 30 minutes argument and up to 24 cases may be argued at one sitting. Since the majority of cases involve the review of a decision of some other court, there is no jury and no witnesses are heard. For each case, the Court has before it a record of prior proceedings and printed briefs containing the arguments of each side.

During the intervening recess period, the Justices study the argued and forthcoming cases and work on their opinions. Each week the Justices must also evaluate more than 130 petitions seeking review of judgments of state and federal courts to determine which cases are to be granted full review with oral arguments by attorneys.

When the Court is sitting, public sessions begin promptly at 10 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m., with a one-hour lunch recess starting at noon. No public sessions are held on Thursdays or Fridays. On Fridays during and preceding argument weeks, the Justices meet to discuss the argued cases and to discuss and vote on petitions for review.

When the Court is in session, the 10 a.m. entrance of the Justices into the Courtroom is announced by the Marshal. Those present, at the sound of the gavel, arise and remain standing until the robed Justices are seated following the traditional chant: "The Honorable, the Chief Justice and the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All persons having business before the Honorable, the Supreme Court of the United States, are admonished to draw near and give their attention, for the Court is now sitting. God save the United States and this Honorable Court!"

Prior to hearing oral argument, other business of the Court is transacted. On Monday mornings this includes the release of an Order List, a public report of Court actions including the acceptance and rejection of cases, and the admission of new members to the Court Bar. Opinions are typically released on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and on the third Monday of each sitting, when the Court takes the Bench but no arguments are heard.

The Court maintains this schedule each Term until all cases ready for submission have been heard and decided. In May and June the Court sits only to announce orders and opinions. The Court recesses at the end of June, but the work of the Justices is unceasing. During the summer they continue to analyze new petitions for review, consider motions and applications, and must make preparations for cases scheduled for fall argument.

If she was doing well at all and expected back on the bench, Fox would not be putting together her Memorial Graphic. the mistake was airing it. I expect to see an emergency meeting in the house to start impeachment hearings.

She is / was a truly evil person who has always wished to obtain as much power as possible, and to hell with the American Citizen.

I am being 100% honest when I state I believe she would send, happily, tens of millions of us to the ovens to advance her agenda.

Her track record on the bench confirms this.

I pray she dies very soon.
