Didnt know about that. The jokes were also terrible in addition to being disgusting. But again if you think about it this is the logical next step in liberal cartoon entertainment since it is purely based on shock value with regards to racism and sex. Like Amy Schumer / Seth Rogan level of humor. Though The targetted audience of having Main characters be 10 or 12 year olds showing offentlig genitals, being target of orgasm jokes and The name "big mouth" with regards to children when The humor is purely sexual I think you Are right in this is nothing but pedophile attempt at sexualization of children.
South Park did have some of it with regards to cartman, but it was never shown on screen and only implied through dialogue with The exception of The later seasons. Also They had a episode where The whole conclusion was fuck Nambla and pedophiles period.
