Started listening to the "debate" between Senate candidates Dick Durbin (D) and Jim Oberweis (R) in Illinois.

I felt the questions favored Durbin - big surprise.

A question was asked Oberweis about repealing Obamacare.  Durbin then said, well, even if the Republicans control Congress, there's no way THIS President will sign it over the next 2 years anyway.

He would be right.

I just can't stand listening to the guy.  They had a Hispanic plant asking about immigration.  They all make me sick.

The (R) COULD sneak in a plant too............or give just as hard core intransigent answers........

All this time on this board and you have not learned to turn off the TV.

Since Durbin is an 'agricultural' guy, I know a word that defines him... manure.

He acts like the Senate forces him to accept earmarked-pork.

It was on radio!  I do listen.

It came on as an interruption in what I was listening to.  They pre-empted in Chicago during Michael Savage's show.  Couldn't change the channel for a bit.

I like Michael Savage, but only in certain doses.
