I do not recall much, if any, conversation about this here. However, it is a big deal and feel we should discuss it.
I am certainly not an expert on the subject, but from my view the Brits are taking the proper route. The last thing Great Britain needs is to controlled by the globalists leading the EU. Now GB can cut its own trade deals which has to be good. Also, they can protect their borders as they see fit. It may be too late on immigration, but they now have a chance. It seems resolving the issue with Northern Ireland is an issue. I would suspect they can work this out.

From my understanding and in a nutshell....the people of United Kingdom (UK) voted to get out of the European Union (EU). This happened under the leadership of PM David Cameron. He was against Brexit and lost control of the narrative and stepped down.

In comes Theresa May as PM and she makes this crazy deal with the EU which is not sustainable. The people of UK want a clean cut from the EU and PM Theresa May didn't deliver on that. She and the EU tagged all these stipulation onto the Brexit deal and now she can't get the approval from their Parliament to exit the EU.

The part I'm confused at is...is the UK Parliament for the Brexit or against it...? I'm thinking they are against it because they want to stay part of the EU; therefore, their vote of no to her deal with the EU.

I believe they set her up to fail. IMO...what the liberals of the UK Parliament want is another vote on Brexit. The first vote on the Brexit deal was the UK Parliament equivalent of a the man stepping on a rake. It came back and slapped the crap out of them. They never in a million years excepted a vote of no.

Now will the people of UK take a page out of the "yellow vest" revolutionary marches against the leadership of France if Brexit doesn't happen...I doubt it.....Remember this folks there are two things the French people perfected that the British people will never perfect....great food and a good revolution against their leadership...just ask King Louis XVI. It appears likely that GB will have a hard break and leave the EU with no deal.
Our British cousins will be just fine, but they may need our outstretched helping hand and a whole new trading relationship between Great Britain and the US. Of course, this may mean that the UK will have to fully support President Trump's efforts to make the European Union play nice and open their markets and reduce their tariffs or face reciprocal tariffs on their shit.

It appears Parliament has taken a page out of the US congress playbook - kick the can down the road. Opponents of Brexit are trying to delay the departure from the EU in hopes to kill the exit.
