The "Task Force of New Americans" and the "Receiving Communities" are part of a plan by the Obama administration to develop a "country within a country" which will eventually form a new, and instantly fundamentally transformed United States.
It's not just those who receive amnesty, it's all the immigrants he is transporting from the Middle East, Africa, Haiti and so on.
He has tied the hands of Border Patrol and ICE. He has opened our borders and refuses to vet those who get through.
We mustn't forget that the Obama administration hand selected neighborhoods that would take illegal immigrants, most noticeably this past summer when he flew them all over the country and wouldn't tell anyone where they were. They were not only children, there were many adults.
Cecilia Munoz, who was in on the conference call, is tied to LaRaza and it is LaRaza and other radical open borders groups who are behind forcing illegal immigrants onto neighborhoods and then treating them like a protected class.
The rule ties government zoning rules to HUD grants and it opens communities up to lawsuits if they refuse their quota.

Wasn't this the Cloward and Piven plan to overload the welfare roles in order to bring about a collapse of the system? Their hope was to create a crisis that would evolve into "income redistribution" and "guaranteed incomes".
Wouldn't that entail government confiscation and/or regulation of the private sector? No wonder he writes so many EO's and uses government agencies like the FCC, EPA and FDA to implement his policies.

First it was something like 5 million. Then it got bumped up to 9 million. Now, they are talking about 15 million!

The number of illegals is a joke. I heard them using the same old 11 million on tv last night. The first time I heard that there were 11 million illegals here was right after 9/11. That was 13 years ago.
Yeah, I would take those numbers and multiply them by three - these "Americans in waiting" are everywhere and most of them are illiterate peasants, even in their native language.
It's just ridiculous that this WH is more interested in helping these Third Worlders over the American citizen. I realize they're cheap labor to the GOPe and cheap votes to the Democratic Party but American is being colonized, sacked from within, by these people with the blessing of "our" government.

Being upset with illegals for coming to this country is like being upset about being attacked by a wild animal - they are just doing what comes naturally to them. Well, I'm sure you understand that wars are caused by political Leaders and that the civilians who follow such Leaders always suffer the hardships of war, far more than those who actually wage it. All the people of the world, including those poor souls who are born into subjegation in so many Muslim countries, around the globe, are no doubt decent human beings, as individuals. It's too damn bad for the Palastinans that they 'elected' the Muscum Terrorist Group, Hamas, to represent them. (I use this as an example of good individuals who are corrpted by looking outside themselves to get what the other guy got)
Nonetheless, my sympathies are with American's and their children's dreams, not the dreams of illegal aliens! We already have countries within a country...whaddya think an Indian reservation is?....Anyhow, what you really have to worry about is what use these "immigrants" will be put to....I think there is the potential for Hussein to recruit them as "a civilian security force" he talked about in his original campaign. Such an army would have no qualms about going against the American people as would our present Military, security/police forces......who REALLY have a case of the ass against Hussein to begin with.
The other thing you have to watch is these damned Muzz and some sort of "special zone" ala Le Francais', actually an autonomous region when Sharia law is present. You can see Hussein's willingness to circumvent the police from keeping Mosques under surveillance thus giving them special immunity to work their evil.
