Court refuses to halt EPA climate rules

The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit refused late Friday to stop the EPA's greenhouse gas rules from going into effect on January 2, 2011. The litigation over the rules will continue, but the court will allow them to go into effect pending the outcome of the litigation.

These people are trying to destroy us.  We finally are at a point where we can stop the craziness legislatively, and here they go turning the EPA into the 4th branch of government.

Like HusseinCare, the people don't want it, but he will shove it up our asses anyway.

We are close to getting a LOT of things done legislatively. One of the most magical of all is "defunding." We're about to gain control of the House of Representatives, and it still says in the US Constitution that ALL spending measures must originate in the House. If no spending measure to fund the EPA's activities is passed in the House -- or better yet, if a measure specifically BANNING spending on those activities is passed in the House -- we have a shot at keeping the status quo until 2012, when the work can go the next step.

November 2010 was awesome, but it was only the first step.

I agree Indy, gutting their budget should be at the top of the agenda, if it's not, 2012 will be another House cleaning.

I wouldn't try anything rash or hot-headed especially if I were out numbered.Just make sure that you have the proper protections.
