Also Don't forget the Cuban's and Venezuela's Maduro (who is one step away from a Lynch mob) are asshole buddies. Castro's got their oil from Madruro and smuggled a lot of Columbian coke coming from the back door of Columbia thru Venezuela....maybe somebody welched on a deal figuring Maduro ain't long for this Earth, why not use the $$$$$ to leave Cuban for the French Riviera.
