Nothing wrong with electronic surveillance in a bigger package, but as you describe, Obama will probably choose it at some point after Jarrett, Rahm, Wright, Ayers, Dorn, Ellison, tell him that it's the most easily defeated component by terrorists and illegals and cartels, if it stands by itself.

With todays optics 1000 yards view in the desert is minimal. There is talk of using blimps as surveillance platforms that can linger for large periods of time. I am also only recommending it in some of the vast desert areas which are low traffic to illegals and smugglers. It would also make a very good training area for our military to train in infiltration detection that could be used when they are deployed in desert regions!!

Well then boarder security is more a legal matter. It may well take until their is a republican conservative congress and president to change the law but we need procedure  to give the power of boarder enforcement to each state when the Federal authority breaks down!
