Rep. Deb Haaland (D-NM) said on Tuesday at her confirmation hearing to be secretary of the Department of the Interior (DOI) that she had to "acknowledge" that Capitol Hill, which includes the U.S. Capitol and House and Senate office buildings, is on land belonging to Native Americans.

Quote"I wouldn't be here without the love and support of my child Somah, partner Skip, my mom Mary Toya, my extended family, and generations of ancestors who sacrificed so much so I could be here today," Haaland said in her opening statement before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. "I acknowledge that we are on the ancestral homelands of the Nacotchtank, Anacostan, and Piscataway people."

There were no land deeds way back then. Land belonged to who ever claimed it.

If you are going to use that yardstick...it was all "native" land to one extent, or another. However, the Native Americans fought each other, all of the time, and displaced each other, all of the time...so, when Europeans came along...it was just an extension, in many ways, of the already ever changing "ownership" of the land.

The Native Americans lost, sold or gave away their land. It is called the spoils of war....if we want to go by this idiots logic then we need to go even further back and see who owned the land before the Nacotchtank, Anacostan, and Piscataway. After all Native Americans were notorious for stealing each other's land through war! But of course the Leftists like to make Native Americans look like they all were Saints. The conveniently leave out that Native Americans enslaved each other (and had black slaves), raped, pillaged, and went to war with each other taking each other's land.

Just as with the Indian tribes, we took it fair and square. We never did anything to the Indians that they didn't do to one another. The Cherokee had "white man style" towns and plantations, and owned black slaves.

The larger point being that this country is slowly but surely falling apart. I don't see how we stay as one nation anymore.

Well, like I said before, we have very different interpretations of what "doom and gloom" means. I admit I'm not a pie-in-the-sky kind of guy. The last few months have completely changed my outlook on things.

Great.  Also be sure to let those in the battlefield that are fighting know that you're giving up....

Trying to fight a different way is not "giving up". I wish you good luck if you still think that you could somehow get the SCOTUS on your side after Kavanaugh and Barrett's treachery. Notwithstanding the fact that even if the SCOTUS does listen, which it definitely wouldn't, the only way to remove Biden would be impeachment, and there's fat chance of that happening.

So no, I do not agree with you or Solar that legal recourse is the way to win this war. I pick a different way. Which is certainly not equivalent to "giving up".

So, have the Democrats declared that it is now "racist" to call it the "White House"?

Well, the link you shared showed Sidney Powell promising more election fraud proof. I assume by proof she means, proof that she intends to take to court naturally? If not, I'm sorry to assume so, but I cannot understand what else is the point of that.

A coat of paint would fix it. We could have a "brown" house. At least it would be color correct with all the bull shit on the inside.

We were the first to build a fence around it, but we're still allowing them to come in.

What you don't get is, you're doing exactly as the left wants you to do. They aren't doing this because they want to, they're doing it to keep you distracted, as well as helping the RINO get you to support the party monetarily.
Point is, there are good people fighting them, but because they push your emotional buttons, you're ignoring the really great stuff  happening.

Yet there is ample grounds for Impeachment of the USurper and his 2nd.....agreed?  Think get back control of the house which would be the first step. Think about the reps in your own state and who in the hell is in charge of the election boards that is supposed to be responsible for their integrity and put their lives under a magifying glass
