Joe Biden was dubbed "Sgt.Smartass" a while back when he called the manager of a yogurt shop a 'smartass'.

Right around that time,Obama said he was looking for some ass to kick.Obama was dubbed "Captain Kickass" both names fit them to a T.

Is this the same guy that says we have to keep spending to avoid going bankrupt?
