WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Vice president Joe Biden is urging fellow Delaware Democrats to get voters to the polls for the midterm elections.

Biden headlined a Democratic rally in downtown Wilmington on Monday evening that drew about 200 people.

He was confident Democrats would hold on to the Senate seat that had been his for more than 30 years.

Joining Biden were New Castle County executive Chris Coons, who is considered the favorite in his U.S. Senate race against Republican tea party favorite Christine O'Donnell.

Former lieutenant governor and Democrat John Carney also appeared at the rally. He faces Republican Glen Urquhart for the seat held by Rep. Mike Castle, the Republican who gave up his spot to run for Senate and lost the primary to O'Donnell.

I can feel the excitement...NOT!!!

The lack of enthusiasm on the part of the leftists is so underwhelming, it affirms what I've been saying all along, the polls don't reflect the true feeling out there.

The left may say they are going to vote, but I bet half don't even bother to stop at the poll.
They might miss Oprah.

I'm amazed that two hundred people actually know who Biden is.... ;D

What do ya bet that the Dims will start booking small halls, just so they can turn people away and claim his popularity is back.

Though, for Biden, they'll have to book the restroom at the local 76 Station.
