AUSTIN, Texas —
UPDATE 3:30am: Sources confirm the Austin bombing suspect is dead. Suspect killed himself during confrontation with police.

---

We have obtained photos of the person investigators believe dropped off two suspicious packages on Sunday. Investigators say this is a person of interest and that the two packages are connected to the string of explosions in Austin.

We're told the US Marshal's Lone Star Fugitive Task Force - Austin Division - gathered the video and helped the lead agencies get an idea of where this person of interest might be.

Our sources tell us these pictures are from surveillance video taken inside a South Austin FedEx Office store on Brodie Lane where the person shipped the two packages. One of the two packages exploded on a conveyor belt at a FedEx sorting facility outside of San Antonio in Schertz. The second package was intercepted at a facility near the Austin airport.

I've been following this case....I don't know why but I was reminded of the "unibomber" of the late 90's.

His background will be interesting to learn. I heard a report on Fox he was anti gay marriage and anti abortion, but that has not been confirmed. May be more of an Eric Rudolph type.
