Guilty as charged - he obstructed Democrats, that's a hanging offense!   

It's no secret, breaking the law has no bearing on impeachment proceedings - having enough votes, that's all that matters.
It's the Democratic way...  Nancy would say, "We have to Impeach him, to find out what he's guilty of."
