I understand the # has to be 4 or above to be a 'mass-shooting'.  (Heard that during this week's 'another SCHOOL shooting'.  This involved only 3.  Suicidal 20 year old goes into a Urology clinic at a V hospital and opens fire and kills himself after killing a doctor.

You want the answer?  Give the story three days.  If it gets dropped, that means they couldn't find what liberalists call a "hook;" i.e., any (fact or at least innuendo) that can be used to paint him as less than 90% liberal. 

On the other hand, if he ever once in his life did ANYTHING halfway normal -- held a steady job; paid taxes; had a stable family; went to a non-Muslim church; etc. -- the liberal media will label him "ultra-right-wing" and you'll hear about nothing else for the next three months.

Your problem clearly seems to be that you believe there is a Magic Wand sitting in a closet which, with one wave, would make any and all guns disappear, and it's only meanie, ignorant right wingers with gun fetishes who are keeping it from being waved. 

Here's reality:  the genie is out of the bottle  The toothpaste is out of the tube.  We are awash in guns.  No amount of legislation, even an outright ban, is going to change that.  Or rather, only the law abiding will abide by the law and be rendered unarmed, while the worst people will be armed. 

Even some increase in sensible background checks and improvements in mental health, which I support, would do very little to bring down gun deaths.

The docotor DOESN'T have to buy Obamacare.  He's covered by the HOSPITAL'S policy and insurance company.

Could be just another guy pissed at a woman, a girlfriend, any woman!  He fired into 2 of those as well.
