This is why I am withholding judgement. I am thinking Trump purposely went to a more moderate nominee to make the democrats look crazier. Trump has them figured out.
Yeah, I'm OK with Trump's choice, even if he's not perfect, I trust that Trump knows more than we do.
Let us pray he doesn't turncoat like his predecessor.

I am too.  The guy seems solid, and I'm trying not to be too pessimistic from Roberts. Any of the foundational stuff, like First Amendment, Arms, are safe apparently. Plus, if someone doesn't think he'll be conservative enough, then just hold tight for the other two on the way...

President Trump's last choice was a Home Run.

Therefore I support Kavanaugh 100%.

I have not heard about the intestinal cancer. Would you have a link concerning this?

Havent you heard? She has a personal trainer, and her daily workout routine is super difficult, even for a 27yr old urnalist.

The workout starts with a five-minute warm-up and light stretching followed by a strength training session that includes push-ups, planks, chest presses, squats, and hip abductor exercises, then another round of stretches to cool down.

I have completed four half-marathons and go to fitness classes frequently. I was expecting to be sore after the RBG workout. But I didn't realize that I would want to recuse myself when I saw that pushups were followed by medicine ball pushups and two different types of planks.

The workout starts with a 5-minute cardio warm-up followed by rotational exercises and stretches. I worked out for a little more than an hour. Then you move into a series of strength exercises targeting your chest, legs, back, triceps, legs, arms, shoulders, glutes, and abs. It's an efficient full-body workout.

For starters, Dims don't have a leg to stand on when questioning Kavanaugh's stance on abortion.
There is a list of other opinions on standing law and the Bill of Rights in this list. Some not so good, but you'll have o click the link and decide for yourself.

Abortion
Kavanaugh is likely to be pressed during his confirmation hearing about his position on Roe, though he did address the landmark decision in 2006, when he appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee after his nomination to the D.C. Circuit.

"If confirmed to the D.C. Circuit, I would follow Roe v. Wade faithfully and fully," he said at the time. "That would be binding precedent of the court. It has been decided by the Supreme Court."

Second Amendment

In 2011, Kavanaugh dissented in a case challenging a D.C. law that banned possession of most semi-automatic rifles and required registration of all firearms.
The D.C. Circuit upheld the measure, but Kavanaugh said he believed the ban and registration requirement were unconstitutional.
Citing the 2008 Supreme Court case Heller v. District of Columbia, Kavanaugh wrote that "handguns — the vast majority of which today are semi-automatic — are constitutionally protected."

Religious Liberty

In a dissent to the majority's decision in a 2015 case involving religious organizations challenging Obamacare's contraception mandate, Kavanaugh said he would have ruled in favor of the religious groups.

Agency Power and Separation of Powers

In a 2017 dissent in a case challenging the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rule, implemented under the Obama administration, Kavanaugh wrote the Internet measure was "unlawful."

Kavanaugh said in his dissent the FCC lacked the congressional authorization necessary to issue the net neutrality rule. He also said the rule violates the First Amendment.

I think the left f**ked themselves regarding Roe and Kavanaugh . First the SCOTUS has to agree to hear a case regarding Roe. Secondly there would have to be really good reasons to overturn the law. Thirdly it's the democrats that have put out the idea that Roe should be challenged. Therefore someone at some point will. Will Roe be overturned? Probably not however Parts of it will be over time will be. Things like parental notification. Abortion being federally legal will stand but the left has given most normal people encouragement to have it reigned in.

lol, yes, I totally believe that a drooling, head-bobbing, comatose woman, falling out of her chair most of the work day ......... does all that shit in her workout.

The left isn't even knowingly lying anymore, they actually believe themselves and each other when they shovel this shit.

I was thinking about that as I watched Steve Cohen and his dumbass "purple heart" remark.  The dumb shit probably really believes this.  The dem party exists of about 75 total retards at this point.  Just about the same demographic as the KKK and the Nazis and Antifa, whatever form they take these days.
