From what I've read, he only looks to the law for the answers. If this is true, then Trump made a stellar decision, but then, that's exactly what they said about Roberts back in the day.

He has a reputation for being FAIR and a reputation for adherence to Constitutional principals, he says he will not legislate from the bench (we'll see) I am skeptical of ANYONE who comes out of the District of Columbia CJS system having experienced the idiocy firsthand for so many years, BUT he seems to have a few good ones in his background.

I think the left f**ked themselves regarding Roe and Kavanaugh . First the SCOTUS has to agree to hear a case regarding Roe. Secondly there would have to be
really good reasons to overturn the law. Thirdly it's the democrats that have put out the idea that Roe should be challenged. Therefore someone at some point will. Will Roe be overturned? Probably not however Parts of it will be over time will be. Things like parental notification. Abortion being federally legal will stand but the left has given most normal people encouragement to have it reigned in.
