Its legal, therefore nobody will ever do anything stupid with or on pot again?

Is that what you think the big argument behind the push to legalize pot is?

I think we can all agree that even though beer is legal, a similar disruption of classes would occur if someone brought a six pack of beer into class - especially if it was that damned cheap generic beer that nobody likes anyway!

Yes but it is hard to disguise beer or alcoholic beverage and give it to someone unwittingly.

In this case the criminal action is they baked it in brownies and fed it to people unknowingly which made them sick...how many would have eaten those brownies if they knew what was in them?

I think it shows the attitude many pot heads have.

Ah, its that one! (Sorry, I didn't click on the link. I have a pop up filter and it makes youtube vids run very choppy).

I believe I pointed out elsewhere that I was in favor of punishing the perps (once the are found guilty, of course) to the full extent of the law in this instance. Such a "prank" can have very serious consequences - not the least of which is if any of the people who ate the brownies were in the National Guard or Reserves and they popped positive of a random drug test, they could be discharged from the Service under OTH and possibly loose their VA benefits.
