You people need to get a grip. This is no diffierent than both parties agreeing to abide by the decision of their religious court. You can do anything the law allows IN A CIVIL COURT. But you can't force that religion to accept that decision in their religious disputes.

The last thing I want to do is delve into the tenets of this disgusting ideology, masquerading as a religion,
and effecting the pose in order to plant Trojan horses in any western nation stupid and gullible enough to
allow it. Nevertheless, unless we have been uniformly misled, and I don't rule this out, if a member of
the Moslem "church" elects to abandon the "faith" and convert to another religion, that individual is
guilty of a capital offense, as mandated by both the Koran and the "religious court."  That's one.

The poor muzzies. The American court system just doesn't fit in for dealing with all of their particular 'problems'. (sarc)

Unless they have been duly appointed as a judge, by the people of the State of Texas, or the people of the United States, they're not a judge.

And note, their "rulings" are non binding.

This means that if or when a dispute goes to a real court, their "rulings" don't mean well....you know what I would say there. :woot:
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

"Their"

"Rulings"

are quite binding when the islamic social norms dictate total ostracization & destruction of the women who may dare to think of not accepting them.  Or men, in the rare example.

Are you just incapable of noticing the duplicity and unrelenting push, to make the sharia rulings the final word  ?

I mean come on.  Wake up, show up, grow up.

This is just like the "no true Scotsman" fallacy.  I never took a rhetoric / debate course, so this is new to me.

Apparently, this little debate tactic allows the true liar to say things like "no muslim would ever do such a thing, so therefore this huge mountain of muslim terrorism isn't muslim".

Wow, what a little-piece-of-shit-lying-Alinsky-bitch.

lol, in case it's not obvious, I hate lying little childish bastards who bring BS like this.  Hate their guts, and unless I can see signs of mental illness....wish they would die.  I just can not stand selfish lying cheating & stealing by grown men and women.  The bedrock of humanity and community and society....is the truth as told by adults, who want to live in a functional society.

Apparently, our local sharia apologists want to excuse sharia as "ethereal"..........when it is hard and fast to anybody who doesn't want to be killed or cast off.

No it's not Andy, for example should this "arbitration" rule that someone should be killed because they converted to buddhism, THAT would be a criminal act under the laws of the state of Texas and the United States. As it is illegal to encourage, entice, or hire someone to commit a homicide.

They would be arrested, and imprisoned for doing so, as they should be. Or say they came down and said, "yep she refused to let him have his way with her, so stone her to death", this too, would be a criminal act under the laws of the State and the nation.

I would also point out, Christians have the same thing, only we call it "counseling", or "ministering", if muslims want to do the same fine with me.

But the minute, the instant, they encourage, entice, or declare someone is to be harmed in some fashion. That is when the real courts should step in, and imprison their ass for a very, very, very long time.

And kept in isolation away from the general population, so they can't spread their crapola in the prison systems, as they are doing now too.

I say open alcatraz back up, as it is now, and just drop them there, every now and then air drop them some food, all the while at the same time, encouraging the Great Whites to return to that area....better for us, better for the ecology, and better for the Sharks who are constantly hungry too.
